I am really slacking on this whole blogging thing but I am not giving up on it. We have been very busy here at the Giraffe, thank goodness, and I am on a big deadline for next week. I have a lot to say and hopefully will get some time to soon. It is hard to find time to write with a one year old tugging on you and coconut disasters going on!

Hello, my name is Justin Baumgartner. I own a small company in Phoenix, Arizona called Laughing Giraffe Organics. We make Gluten Free/Raw/Vegan/Certified Organic granola and macaroons. I have created this blog to talk about out products, our experiences as a small company in gargantuan grocery industry, issues we face as a small company, running a business with a baby girl underfoot, eating out, just about anything I think folks might be interested in reading about.
